Loarant is a design house with a focus on hardware and software development as well as production. It was established by experts in 1994 for the development of railroad signal system boards. It has been extremely successful in the development of WDM measurement equipment. Loarant has a foundation of excellent technology and experience on CPU applications. Loarant has developed specific expertise and products to support customers in the following areas: system communications boards; railroad signal system for Shinkansen (bullet train in Japan); 16-bit RISC CPU (AXAS); IP for interface between PCI and CPU or PCI and ARCnet; DES IP with host CPU interface and memory controller; motion control algorithm for multi-axis robot manipulator; signal compression and decompression algorithms; and WDM measurement equipment.
