Founded in September 2005, VESTEK is developing IPs targeting AV (audio and video) processing and connectivity applications, with emphasis on video enhancement and AV compression. VESTEK is providing state-of-the-art video enhancement algorithms in the form of VHDL and Verilog codes implemented on Xilinx FPGAs. VESTEK also develops multi-standard motion-video coding standard solutions; including MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, MPEG1 and transcoders implemented on platforms such as PCs, embedded systems and FPGAs. Headquarted in Istanbul and with 2 offices in Turkey, VESTEK has relations with major semiconductor companies and a customer base including Europe's biggest OEM and ODM company VESTEL. Currently VESTEK has 50 engineers who are experts in their field.
