To replace normal attrition of line operators by experienced TPM operators from companies with strong TPM culture and mind set. This new work organization structure supports self sustaining manufacturing activities such as setups and conversions, equipments upkeep, better OEE performance and has significant saving of 35% direct labour productivity improvement.
