Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, splitting, packing and cycle count activities
• Support team to perform day to day operation
• Manage operators and allocate resources to carry out functions effectively to meet demand
• Manage and prioritize orders to meet the day cutoff
• Work closely with peers to ensure on time receipt of inventories, and on time delivery of orders
• Ensure integrity of stock inventory and quality output by ensuring SOP is adhered to at all times
• Responsible to provide training to new staff
• Work with other departments to attend to expedite orders or enquires
• Support warehouse manager in other warehouse activities and ad hoc projects

Minimum 5 years of warehouse experiences with supervisory responsibilities. Ability to read, write and converse in English to handle warehouse documents and activities. System and process orientated. Quality awareness is important. Team player, honest and hardworking.

Job Responsibilities:

To replace normal attrition of line operators by experienced TPM operators from companies with strong TPM culture and mind set. This new work organization structure supports self sustaining manufacturing activities such as setups and conversions, equipments upkeep, better OEE performance and has significant saving of 35% direct labour productivity improvement.

To date, under the TPM work structure, 80% of production setups and conversions are being performed by the TPM operators. In the past, these tasks could only be performed by a dedicated team of line technicians; and the headcount of line technician would increased by a ratio of 1:6 equipments.

Job Requirements:

• To perform daily production activities to meet customer demands and shipments. Testing, scanning, packing and quality control of semiconductor devices using automated production equipments.
• Routine equipments inspection and repairs to maintain expected OEE as per capacity planning requirements.
• Review and improve equipments TPM-AM checklist for continuous improvement.
• Review and enhance TPM-AM workflows.
• Able to work in a 12 hours rotating shift environment.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Product Planning team in our Supply Chain Management Organization. This individual will be responsible for demand planning and management of our product family. Primary responsibility is to provide product to customer within the current committed lead time, avoiding delinquencies, while maintaining inventory goals. Specific responsibilities include: assigning original schedule dates, engaging in expedite management including communication with Customer Service reps, on time delivery assessment both preventive and post mortem, and provide contingency plan. Inventory maintenance: This includes timely assembly starts, mark and rework requests, quarterly scrap dispositions and inventory management. Ad hoc analysis and maintenance of Demand Planning metric, Participant of Cross Functional Team (CFT), Lead time maintenance, Maintaining and Use of APS System, and Project management.

  • Scrutinize all opportunities for duplications
  • Coordinate resolution between reps with Xilinx field sales office

  • Advise rep of missing or incorrect Design Credits

• Insure margins adhere to current margin model

    • Work with distributors to expire quotes and DDAs when business transitions from Distribution to Direct Fulfillment
    • Monitor quoting activity to ensure direct parts are not being quoted in the Distribution channel.
• On-going Distributor Super-User training/updating of FOX features (and other Distributor and/or Rep Company staffers as needed)
• Oversee EMS sites in FOX
  • Work with Reps and Distributors to eliminate redundancies where possible
  • Advise EMS QC FSC of changes or updates required

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess a Degree with at least 6 years of Sales office experience.
• Experience with distributors, EMS and customers is a plus.
• The individual must possess proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and systems used for customer quoting or other sales transactions, strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills as well as effective fluency in English.
• In addition, the individual must be self-motivated, work with minimal instructions on day-to-day work and detailed oriented.
• Previous supervisory experience required, with proven leadership and team motivational skills.
• The work hours will depend on the geographic territory (i.e. North America, Europe, Middle-east & Africa and Asia) that the individual is assigned to.

Job Responsibilities:

Management of Business Operations for the APAC market. Responsibilities include pricing strategies and implementations, including market/solution based pricing and major account volume price agreements and terms and conditions, and pricing authorizations within the established guidelines for all APAC based design opportunities.

The position will require close working relationships with both inside and outside sales teams for the APAC region and will require a good understanding of product attributes and corporate differentiation to drive value-based selling solutions.

This position will reside in Singapore and will report to the Sr. Manager of Asian Business Operation.
