You can use WebCase to:
- Create technical support cases
- Attach design files
- Add and receive new case data and updates in real time
- Monitor your case status
- Query open cases
To register for WebCase:
- Navigate to http://support.xilinx.com
- Click on 'WebCase' in the gray frame on the left
- To Register for a new account Click on the 'Register' button
at the top of the main frame. (If you already have an account,
just log in using your user name and
password.)
- In the 'I am New to Xilinx.com' window, click on 'Create an
Account'
- Enter the requested details into the fields
- You will be informed via email within 24 hours once your registration
has been accepted
