General Description:
What is the difference between the Tconfig and the Tinit specifications?
For XPLA3:
Tconfig is the maximum time it takes for a CoolRunner part to begin device
operation after a valid minimum Vcc has been reached.
Tinit is the maximum time it takes for a CoolRunner part to return to device
operation after a JTAG operation has been completed.
For XPLA1 (original and enhanced) families:
Tinit is the time from valid VCC until device operation.
Initialization time (listed under Programming Specifications) is the time it takes for
a CoolRunner part to return to device operation after a JTAG operation has been completed.
