When the GFP v1.2 Core is configured in 64-bit transparent mode (or mixed mode), a word of data (32 bits or 64 bits) might incorrectly be dropped during the processing of the incoming superblocks. This error occurs only when a stall on the line interface is induced while writing the end of a frame. This issue will not occur if frames are contiguously written into the line interface.
This issue will be fixed in the next GFP release, scheduled for Q1 2005. If you need a fix for this sooner, please contact the Xilinx Technical Support.
