After NGDBuild, I load to Floorplan Editor in a design without ucf.
The following error messages occur when I drag a partition to the Floorplan window to create an AG.
No DRC error found.

ERROR:HierarchicalDesignC:124 - A problem was encountered parsing the constraints. All partitions will be marked out of date.
The errors occur only on the GUI. The Area Group can be written to the ucf correctly. To work around the error, rerun to NGDBuild and relaunch the Floorplan Editor.
