When I use the IBERT parameter sweep console, the following error occurs:
"Error on get Sweep Test Result file"
Additionally, not all of the results are included in the ".csv" file. What is the problem?
This is a problem where upon reaching a line limitation, a newer ".csv" should be generated. This is resolved in ChipScope Pro 10.1 Service Pack 1, where multiple ".csv" files will be generated.
